Burn Them to the Ground

One of my “friends”, she told me that her current boyfriend dated a girl before her, and she ended up going to a party and getting raped by several frat guys. She then proceeds to say that he ended up breaking up with his ex because he “just want able to see her the same”. With the same conviction as she is talking about her boyfriend's job title.

Can you fucking image? You go to a party and get tossed around from neanderthal to neanderthal. To then have your stay at home neanderthal then toss you?

Can you fucking image? Can you imagine that you felt comfortable enough to tell the next girl you date?I mean you didnt rape her. You just couldn't live with her after the fact. You know the saying about a run around woman. That somehow you were actually in the right. Can you imagine that your current blow up doll felt comfortable enough to tell her friend. That's some corky story about why your boyfriend has “trust issues”.

There wasn't even any remorse from my “friend”. She paroted the same asinine thing that was spewed at her. She mentioned that the girl shouldn't have gone to a party alone. That she got too drunk. That she should have known better.

She should have known better that if you are drunk enough around men, then they will see you not as a person, but as an opportunity to empty their ball sacks into you. That the next guy will do the same. Then the next guy. Then the next guy.

Another “friend” of mine told me that her boyfriend is strongly against abortion. And that getting pregnant is basically the punishment for sex. That if your dumb enough to get pregnant then abortions are basically going to be just a regular taco tuesday for ya.

But dont worry her boyfriend thinks that if a girl is raped, she should be able to get an abortion. But she would have to prove its rape. And that he worries that every women would have to cry rape in order to get an abortion. Cute little factoids that apparently plague her boyfriend's feeble mind.

While on the subject I went to a party once. I told my mom I was spending the night. So long story short I had some guy lets just call him David Hall. He proceeded to grope me, follow me around. Slide into bed with me at least four times. Each time i told him i wasn't interested and moved to another room. He would follow. This cute little song and dance lasted the entire night. IN FRONT of people. No one did anything. I wasn't raped. But I had someone continually grab me. No one did anything. People just looked away. But he was drunk! He is just some dumb guy!

In a weird change of events. I ended up dating one of his friends. Ended up being my first boyfriend. So I got to see this guy for the next four years of my life. He would have new girlfriends, and they would laugh at his vaguely sexish jokes. They would giggle when he would grab them, giggle followed with a “babe, not here”. He would have to hear it on average at least two times before he actually stopped the wandering hand.

I don't even know how to finish this article. Actually here we go. Rape is bad. Not listening to women is bad. Being the woman who overlooks is bad, but also shocking. Your fellow woman! You're just lucky that your number has not been called yet. You parade around with the word “virginal” like it's somehow going to protect you. IN fact that exact title is the very catnip to these men. The men that hate women. And they don't have to rape you, in order for you to know they hate women. It's not respecting your boundaries. It's the comment that female comedians ``just aren't funny”. It's the “my mom is such a bitch”. It's a “well if these women slept their way to the top, at least they got something out of it”.
