Minimal Spilling over
Minimalism is the way to go. I'm sitting here with ⅓ of my furniture taken out, and it feels so good. Calm. The air even feels different. Removing things feels better than adding. This is new information to me. Old people hoard. People whose best moments are in the past cling. It's creating this open space that feels optimistic. Not heavy or weighted down.
With all this extra space I find myself attacking things I've neglected. I've always been pro organic, but my husband was skeptical. Now that I have all this extra energy I've converted him to a believer! And not the begrudging kind. He went to the store and got a whole new batch of happy organic veggies.
He put broccoli, zucchini in the air fryer. Added pink himalayan salt and thyme with avocado oil. Half way through, dump out any moisture on the bottom. It's honestly incredible! And crispy!
On top of that I have this vinaigrette salad with cut up tomatoes, ORGANIC mixed green and feta. This one is also incredible.
I feel good about eating. What a concept!
Not to brag but my ice cream is from trader joes.
It's Saturday and the next day I work is thursday.
This monday i have a family trip to big bear that i organized. Life is good. I've had sex the last two days. My cat actually likes me, but likes Joe more. Which is perfect because he sleeps on his side. A blessing I now realize.
We've converted a closet we never use into Momo's room, and he loves it. A quiet place for him.
